Bees build their wax honeycombs directly within the Bee's Kiss. They create the honey they offer us inside.
Our honey frames are placed on traditional beehives.
After the harvest, the Bee's Kisses are separated from the frame and placed on the diner's table with a small press.
This process allows us to provide original honey, without any manipulation, centrifugation, oxidation, decantation, filtering, or crystallization.
Your honey remains intact within its honeycombs. It cannot be mixed with sugar syrup. It remains 100% raw.

Bee's Dream proposes that the consumer themselves playfully and simply engage in the pressing of their honey.
The extraction of honey using centrifugation is a relatively recent method in the history of beekeeping. Before the invention of the centrifuge in 1865 by Franz Hruschka, honey was extracted by crushing the wax combs and using gravity to separate the honey from the solid parts.
The nectar flows at its own pace, without undergoing intense mechanical processing. Some beekeepers already prefer to use these more traditional extraction methods, such as cold pressing, even though the yield is lower.
Known as comb honey, chunk honey, or honey in its natural comb form, this type of honey is considered highly natural and unprocessed because it is stored in its original form within the wax honeycombs.
